To be successful in this role of Restaurant Assistant Manager for KFC:

• You will need to have experience of successfully managing a similar outlet such as branded quick service restaurant, fast food or related industry. 
• You will have excellent leadership and customer service skills and will have the business acumen to meet financials targets.
