Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary 

A Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary is required to join a leading Law Firm in the Shropshire area. 

My client is a leading law firm based in the Shropshire area and is looking for a Legal Secretary to join their high achieving Residential Conveyancing team. The role will be to support one busy Conveyancer. 

You should be a Legal Secretary with at least 6 months experience of working within Residential Conveyancing. 

The following experience is essential: 
Knowledge of the Residential Conveyancing Process 
Experience submitting a land registry application 
Land Registry/SDLT Searches and Preparation of contracts 
Filing, Copy Typing and Audio Typing 
Dealing with telephone enquires and diary management
