Are you interested and enthusiastic for understanding and explicating the processes that affect social cohesion, and a commitment to communicating and engaging stakeholders and wider audiences in the use of research evidence.
The School of Psychology are seeking a Research Associate to work under the direction of Prof Dominic Abrams, this appointment will be made on a full time basis for a fixed term period of 3 years.
As Research Associate you will:
- proactively engaging with CSGP research programmes under the direction and guidance of Professor Abrams and colleagues.
- Producing and contributing to manuscripts of world-leading and internationally excellent quality for submission to peer-reviewed academic journals and to funding bodies.
- supervise postgraduate and undergraduate students.
As Post-Doctoral Research Associate you will have:
- PhD in Social Psychology or closely related quantitative social science discipline.
- Successful completion of internationally excellent research including publication(s) in peer-reviewed academic journals.
- Experience in national and international collabortive research.
