RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (PAYMENT SERVICES)

DESCRIPTION

Our Knowhow brand evolves around added value services. For our Payment Services propositions we are looking for a Relationship Manager. Maintaining good relationships with large financial partners and creating new business opportunities are the key responsibilities of this role. To apply for this role and to take on this challenge, you will need to have worked with Credit or Leasing propositions before.

You get to influence within a dynamic team and be part of the bigger picture within one of Europe's largest retailers. You will be able to support on the management and development of what financial services our customers receive. 

You will:

• Manage the day to day relationship with suppliers.
• Drive sales, margin growth and competitiveness by delivering marketing promotions and activities.
• Grow our Credit and Leasing propositions throughout all our channels.
• Work with internal departments to determine processes whilst and optimising operations.
• Analyse customer, market and sales data.

You will need:

• Good understanding of customer facing execution – the ability to see the world through customers as well as commercial eyes.
• To be used to managing strategic partnerships 
• Experience with project management and bringing to market 3rd party/white label products.
• Knowledge of credit regulatory requirements. 
• High numeracy skills and be strong analytically with a high level of attention to detail.
