Are you a successful Sales Manager in the Recruitment industry? Are you a Senior Consultant looking to take the next step in your career?

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager who can drive growth by leading two sales teams of hungry Recruitment Consultants.

Christopher Benn and Aquarius Employment Bureau are looking for a Sales Manager to work with both companies to ensure both individual and inter company growth. You will be reporting directly into the MD. This role, for the successful candidate, will lead to Directorship and Equity.

Both companies enjoy a long tradition of success in their own fields with a well-established client base. The successful candidate will be expected to work towards their own individual recruitment targets, taking on a warm desk of clients, as well as growing the client base through business development activities and coaching the sales team towards their agreed targets.

Christopher Benn and Aquarius operate in Windsor and Archway respectively, you will be expected to split your time wisely between both offices.

Christopher Benn specialises in the recruitment of Financial, HR and Administrative roles, whilst Aquarius delivers Blue Collar staffing solutions across the Private and Public sectors.

The successful candidate can expect to receive:-

·Negotiable salary

·Monthly Commission based on personal sales

·Half yearly Commission based on team sales from both companies

·Bonuses for achieving agreed targets

·Incentives and rewards

·Route to Director

·Equity scheme achieved in line with achievement

The role will demand your ability to exceed agreed targets and to service and grow the existing account base for both companies through both your and the sales team’s efforts. You must be able to motivate, train and develop your team and to be able to communicate at all levels within the companies.

Rapid growth planned for the next 3 years, both by organic growth and acquisition.
