Recruitment Resourcer - IT Apprenticeships

LMPQ is part of the Leaping Man Group of companies and is a specialist training academy dedicated to providing high quality professional qualifications and Apprenticeships. To achieve this we work in partnership with employers and further education colleges to provide relevant and inspiring training and qualifications.

We are recruiting for an experienced and passionate Learner Recruitment Consultant on a full time, permanent basis to join our IT Intake team. The main office is in Birmingham, however you would be required to travel to Worcester LMPQ Academy for recruiting purposes.

The role is target driven but also a rewarding one. The successful candidate will join an established and energised Commercial team where they will have direct responsibility for recruiting potential IT Apprentices within the West Midlands. 

Key responsibilities

* Recruit/ Resource potential candidates within the West Midlands to match suitable job vacancies 
* Plan and implement recruitment and network events (open days etc)
* Provide Information, advice and guidance to applicants throughout the recruitment process. 
* Effectively manage candidate data and record on the internal CRM system along with completion of compliance paperwork to a high degree of accuracy. 
* Tele-interviewing potential candidates, offering advice and guidance 
* Developing and maintaining a network with local referral organisations (schools/ colleges).

For this role you will need:

* Previous recruitment or candidate resourcing experience 
* Experienced working in a high energy, high reward environment 
* A proven track record in achieving targets through individual performance 
* Knowledge of the Apprenticeship and further education system would be advantageous
* The ability to build a rapport with 16-19year olds.
