Recruitment Manager / Direct Resourcer
Location: Wolverhampton, West midlands
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 (dependent on experience)

Hours: 40 hours per week between: 09.00am– 17.30pm: Mon-Fri
TPL Media are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to implement a recruitment strategy at a time where the business is going through an exciting time and has ambitious growth plans.
We are looking for an experienced recruiter from a recruitment background ideally within volume in house recruitment, although if you have a proven track record.
The ideal candidate should have volume recruitment and experience of managing the full recruitment life cycle from inception to completion including social media, marketing, advertising, interviewing.
You will be required to manage the recruitment process, recognise suitable candidates as well as suitable advertising media and events. Additionally, have the personality to influence potential candidates to ensure that the best people are recruited to provide the necessary support to the business and internal clients.
Primary Duties and responsibilities:
• Sourcing candidates for various business divisions from using various tools (Headhunting, Boolean, Job boards, database, referrals etc.), assessment, and selection for roles within specific business areas.
• Experience of driving direct sourcing campaigns via social media and external networking
• Able to prove you can manage the expectations of Senior management during a recruitment campaign and influence at all levels.
• Full ownership & vacancy management of the entire recruitment lifecyclefrom role brief to advert writing, advertising, sourcing, interviewing, general recruitment administration or reporting, offer and negotiation.
• Agree and execute resourcing plans in line with agreed targets.
• Work closely with hiring managers to assess both current and future requirements to maximise resources and minimise the time vacancies are open through active talent/pipelining activity.
• Deliver and innovate key projects & value add activities.
• Report up-coming demand for resource and identify short-falls or over-resourcing situations when appropriate.
• Work with Management to provide options to resolve resourcing conflicts.
• Where resource becomes unexpectedly available (e.g. dropped client booking or early completion), work with leaders to ensure that this spare capacity can be fully utilised.
• Provide KPI and MI Reporting to senior management.
• Where possible solve resourcing problems by communication with relevant parties, escalating when needed.
Experience & qualifications:
• Previous experience of generating direct candidate sourcing.
• Experience of producing MI reports – comfortable with extracting and manipulating data, and producing reports from this data, and providing management analysis/recommendations.
• Experience in resource management within the call centre/financial or media industry would be advantageous.
• Fully competent on Microsoft Excel & other Microsoft Office programs.
Skills:
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate concisely and clearly within all levels of organisation.
• Excellent influencing skills – this role will involve close liaison with a number of different individuals across the organisation (project managers, client managers, team leaders, etc). The individual must therefore be able quickly build and maintain strong relationships, and be able to influence changes in process and behaviour.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Can work efficiently under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills with a logical approach to work.
• Able to present large volumes of data with clear management summary and recommendations.
