We are a forward thinking, fast-paced, high-energy, temporary Recruitment Agency, with a spacious open-planned office in Kingswood, Bristol.
We are looking for a Highly Enthusiastic and Self-Motivated FOH (Front of House) Recruitment Consultant to work on the temporary desk, recruiting and placing Waiters, Bar Staff, Catering Assistants and Kitchen Porters to Venues in Bristol and Surrounding Areas.

Our FOH Recruiter will be:
- Placing job ads
- Vett CV`s and select candidates
- Create and build client relationships
- Interview and train candidates
- Take and fill bookings
- Handle logistics
- Pick up the phone and make sales calls
To be a good Recruiter, you must:
- Have great communication skills
- Love to talk on the phone and face to face
- Be able to gain people's confidence and put them at ease
- Be persuasive, persistent and patient
- Be able to cope with pressure
- Be flexible and adaptable
- Have a mature personality
- Have good organisational and administrative skills
- Have the ability to prioritise
- Have excellent IT skills
- Be able to work to deadlines
- Not be shy infront of the camera
- Work Quickly and under pressure
This job is not just Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, you will also be required to go on call and be in the office on certain Saturdays. When on-call you will be filling last minute bookings and managing situations when Candidates drop out of shifts.
