Permanent Commercial Recruitment Consultant
Location: Leamington Spa
Salary: Excellent basic with OTE £30k plus

We celebrated our 54th anniversary last year and due to our continued success and growth we now have a opportunity for an experienced Commercial Permanent Recruitment Consultant. For a number of years Pertemps have consecutively been ranked within the top 100 companies to work for within the UK.

Your geographic areas are Warwick, Stratford, Kenilworth, Stoneleigh, Leamington Spa and Southam. The branch has an administrator who will be available to support you with resourcing, quality and administration.

Training
Extensive training is given to all successful applicants, structured through a highly intensive program. This includes classroom based exercises in addition to 'on the job' one-on-one tuition - aimed at rapid development for all graduate trainees.

Progression

The Role
Successful applicants will have the following responsibilities:

Build Relationships with Clients and Candidates
Attract and source Candidates through advertising, networking and CV searching.
Obtain job requirements from Clients
Selling your candidates skill set to prospective Clients
Arranging and conducting client visits
Proactively sourcing new Clients
Managing the Interview Process
