An exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultanthas arisen to join our busy Lincoln branch. Applicants with proven sales record and passionate about entering the recruitment industry will be considered.

You'll be fully supported and mentored along the way by our knowledgeable and approachable management team, who will assist in your success, growth and development within this extremely fast but exciting sector.

As a Recruitment Consultant you will be responsible for the growth of existing and new business with aspects of both Recruitment Consultancy and Sales in your job role.

Key responsibilities include:

• Securing and developing new business
• Increasing growth in existing client base
• Developing an excellent understanding of clients, their industry, their work culture and environment
• Candidate attraction, management and retention
• Cross selling and effectively promoting our added services
• Ensuring that levels of satisfaction amongst all clients are exceeded

You're already a great sales person, succeeding in the world of recruitment…so you must be smart, ambitious, motivated and not afraid of a little hard work.
