Recruitment Consultant

Based in Headingley, Leeds, we are a fast growing business based within the healthcare sector, looking for a confident & self-motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Our head office is in a vibrant bustling High Street and offers free parking for all employees. This is a full-time 09.00 - 17.30; Monday - Friday role with an early Friday finish!

We are looking for someone to join our team as a Recruitment Consultant with a property background. Along with B2B calling potential clients, you will be responsible for sourcing accommodation across the UK (house shares etc.). Main Responsibilities:
• Maintaining a positive relationship with clients and managing a portfolio of clients
• B2B cold calling prospective clients and generating new business
• Updating database and maintaining records of your work
• Working towards set targets and KPI's
• Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets

Desired Skills and Experience:
• 1 year of sales/recruitment experience
• Speak English clearly and fluently
• Self-Confidence and motivation for sales
• Ability to pique interest and use initiative
• Excellent telephone presentation and communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc).

This role has a salary of £8.00 - £10.00 (depending on experience) and excellent uncapped commission opportunities on top.
