Recruitment Consultant

This candidate will need to be proactive and a driven individual looking for a career in the medical market; ideally with previous job experience. The job will require a fast paced individual that is comfortable with being left with to their own devices and complete tasks to a deadline. The ideal candidate must be confident to be on the phone and adapting to new situations arising.

The day to day running of company will involve the following:

·Building relationships between candidates and clients on a day to day basis to ensure they are maintaining the business’s current stance in the market

·Bringing new business to the company and expanding with new clients and growing new relationships with regular contact by phone and email.

·Respond to clients with a professional and proactive mannerism

·Attracting new candidates with phone calls in a polite and clear manner

·Keeping record of candidates availability and utilising the information candidates have provided

·Contributing in a positive manner and making the department successful

We would be looking for in the individual:

·Good communication skills and organisation

·Positive attitude to the tasks put in front of them
