Working closely with the HR Managers you will lead on all aspects of graduate recruitment:
Coordinate the annual graduate campaign
Build strong relationships with Universities
Manage the full end to end recruitment process
Project manage any improvements to the recruitment process
Proactively identify graduate requirements within the business
Manage all work experience programmes
Ensure graduates receive appropriate support through training and professional qualifications
The successful candidate will have recruitment experience (specifically focusing on graduates), excellent organisation and project management skills and strong interpersonal skills.
