As part of our continued growth in the Sheffield area, we are looking for a Provisioning Team Leader with telecommunications and broadband provisioning experience and an enthusiasm to provide a world class customer experience.

Essential skills we are looking for:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in leading a technical team of up to 10 staff, managing performance, conduct and absence issues and ensuring targets are met.
• An up-to-date working knowledge of common telephony/circuit data products (ISDN2, leased line, ADSL), Networking (Copper/Fibre) and Voice
• Working knowledge of BT Open reach, Talk Talk portal and processes
• Knowledge and understanding of Ofcom’s rules and regulations regarding provisioning, migrating and ceasing of fixed line and data/broadband services

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading a team of Provisioning specialists. Managing orders through to completion using online ordering systems and achieving challenging SLA’s.
• Manage the sourcing engineer related site access documentation (such as Way leave and Risk Assessment, Method statements).
• Manage the customer interaction mainly by telephone and through email and SMS.
• Manage fixed line voice and data inventories, carrying out related reporting and updates for new orders, service relocations/ports/cancellations.
• Adhere to customer Scopes of Work, SLA’s and other performance regulating documentation relating to order management/provision.

• Basic salary between £22,000 - £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)
