Hornbuckle is a market leading property and pension specialist with a property book of over £1bn. Due to continued growth they are looking for Paralegal's within Edinburgh to join their specialist team. 

Details about the Client

Hornbuckle has over 3,000 commercial properties in their portfolio and they continue to grow. This growth will not be possible without expanding their technical team. Last year they had 4,000 transactions within commercial property and with the growth of the business they will need to bring on a team of Paralegals to help facilitate these transactions.

Depending on experience the successful Property Paralegal will specialise in one of the following departments:

• Purchase & Sales
• Lease Mgt/Core Admin

Candidate's Profile

 The successful Property Paralegal will have the following foundation of experience:

• Min 1-2yrs Property Experience
• Ideally some financial services experience or knowledge
• Relevant legal knowledge
• Proven experience operating in a fast paced environment
