Project Manager (Residential construction)

We are working with a leading residential developer that is looking to appoint a Project Manager into the business to work on a large mixed-use development, incorporating high-rise, in London, offering a competitive salary of £65k - £80k plus comprehensive package.

You will be experienced in leading teams in the delivery of large residential developments, including high-rise, with a strong understanding of construction practices along with a proven track record of excellent health & safety.

Our client is happy to consider degree qualified or time-served candidates who have worked on high-rise residential developments.

You will be responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of the large residential development, including high-rise, with all site staff and contractors reporting into you. You will have autonomy for the scheme and will report into the Regional Director.

You will report into the Regional Director and provide regular project progress updates along with holding meetings with Directors and contractors.

Salary for this role is circa £65k - £80k plus package, including car allowance, pension etc..

Key requirements:

• Proven experience delivering high-rise residential developments.
• Background of working on £20m+ developments.
• Strong health & safety focus with a proven background of overseeing safe sites.
• Excellent understand of construction legislation and construction practices.
• Oversee contractors and act as interface between two parties.
