Our client is an integrated service provider that delivers a range of building, technical and telecoms services to a wide variety of sectors. They are now looking for a Project Manager to join their team for sites on the underground network.

As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, delivering and closing customer projects. Specifically, you will co-ordinate resources and staff to deliver projects that meet specifications and ensure customer satisfaction is achieved. 

You will coach and motivate employees to perform to the best of their ability and deliver services that exceed customer expectations. To maximise efficiency, you will delegate tasks and conduct frequent internal progress meetings. 

Ensuring that colleagues adhere to health and safety regulations, you will make sure projects are completed on time and within budget by tracking project milestones and deliverables. 

Throughout projects, you will also provide customers with progress updates and forge strong working relationships to facilitate repeat business. 

Your other duties will involve: 

- Identifying project risks 
- Establishing recovery measures 
- Creating reports for customers and internal use 

To be considered for this role, you must have at least three years’ project management experience, ideally in the M&E and fire sectors on underground rail projects.

As the Project Manager, you must have a strong customer focus with exceptional negotiation and communication skills. Confident and analytical, you must also have brilliant leadership and multi-tasking abilities. 

A minimum of an HNC qualification would be beneficial to your application, as would any of the following: IOSH training, a Network Rail PTS card, London Underground working permits or a PRINCE2 Practitioner qualification.
