About the Job:
Our client has a vacancy for a Professional Support Lawyer (PSL) to join theirReal Estate Group. They are flexible over where the role can be based, however, it must include at least 2 days per week in their Birmingham office. This is a new role and as such we will consider full time or part time hours. This is an exciting opportunity to play a leading role in advancing the technical development and know-how of the Real Estate Group.
You key duties will be:
• legal research
• producing up to date client briefings and legal updates
• identifying and contributing ideas for the developmental training programme
• creating and contributing to legal know-how material
• maintaining the existing real estate precedents and producing new precedents where necessary
• sourcing and sharing relevant and up to date knowledge with clients and the internal team
• internal and external networking to maintain market knowledge and develop training for clients
Skills and experience you will have:
• experience of performing a PSL role is essential
• substantial experience of real estate legal work
• strong technical and IT skills

• an enthusiasm and commitment to a PSL role
• strong intellectual and analytical skills
