What to expect
 
In this role you will become an integral part of our high performing and motivated sales team. You will be primarily accountable for a portfolio of independent on premise and “food to go” outlets, with the freedom and responsibility to identify and “win” new business opportunities and manage these accounts.
 
You will drive volume and increase category performance in these outlets through increasing our brand visibility, availability and execution.
 
You will be strengthening existing relationships and developing new opportunities on your territory. 
 
You will have the opportunity to work closely with Wholesalers, Key Account teams and National Accounts to develop your new business plans, as well as managing investment to support the growth of these customers.
 
 

 

Qualifications
 What we expect of you
 
  • Win, develop and maintain a profitable soft drink volume as per targets across all outlets within a defined territory
  • Use a variety of sales tools & technology to drive profitable growth, both for your customers and CCE
  • Add value to our customers through the application of merchandising and category principles and by developing strategies to drive profitable soft drinks growth
  • Identify key account groups and develop new business opportunities within your territory
  • Drive bespoke brand equity by collaborating with our brand team and creative agencies
  • Work with your assigned telephone account manager to grow and develop your territory.
 
To be successful in this role you must demonstrate passion and energy for sales and have relevant experience in an FMCG environment. You will have proven ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and will demonstrate the initiative to develop bespoke creative solutions. You will be commercially astute with the ability to take ownership and accountability of results.
 
Essentials:
  • Computer literate to include PowerPoint, Word and Excel
  • Full Drivers License
  • Eligible to work in the UK
