A promotional products company based in East London is looking for an order processor/production coordinator to join their team.
You must have a great eye for detail and strong customer service skills, and must have previous admin/customer service experience.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Dealing with customer queries.
- Prompt and accurate handling of purchase orders, artwork.
- Liaising with suppliers, other internal departments through the whole process start to finish of an order.
- Arranging shipping through couriers.
- Keeping customers up to date at all times.
Successful candidates will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally also in a sales or logistics environment.
Mon - Fri. Hours 8:45 - 5:30.
