Product Owner (Digital Online Business Analysis Analyst Portal Web eCommerce Banking Portal Mobile Transactional Agile Scrum Finance) required by my banking client in London. You MUST have the following:

• Current or recent experience as a Product Owner for online, digital, web product lines
• Experience leading product scrum teams including developers and testers
• Working with business stakeholders to define the strategy and direction of your product range, contributing with new ideas, writing stories and conveying this message to the technical team
• Excellent stakeholder management skills

The following would be DESIRABLE:

• Online, mobile, digital banking, ecommerce or transactional website business analysis
• Experience in a highly automated, rapid release environment
• Finance or banking

Role: Product Owner required by my banking client in London. You will be working in an Agile environment of 40 staff, distributed over 5 scrum teams, developing and supporting digital, online banking applications. You will be Product Owner and team lead for an Agile Scrum team of 7 that focuses on a product range to aid the communication between the private bank and it's clients. The team is made up of 3 .NET Developers, a DevOps Engineer, Junior Business Analyst and a QA that are responsible for creating and supporting the product range. Your role will have two objectives. The first will be as the contact point for the business for this product range. You will work with them to define it's strategy, write the user stories for the team and coordinate the delivery. You will coordinate releases and contribute to the resolution and reporting on problems and incidents, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders. The second part of the role will be to lead the team, acting as a point of contact for escalations, delegate work and mentor the staff. You will be reporting to the Head of Product Development and Operations.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a department that will grow by 33% in the next 6 months. It is likely to double in size, to around 150 people, in the next 18 months, providing the opportunity to contribute to greenfield projects and move into more senior roles.

Salary: £65k - £80k + 25% Bonus + 10% Pension
