About the Job:
Planning Engineer required to join leading main contractor on healthcare project.The Planning Engineer ideally will be qualified with a Degree in an appropriate engineering discipline. They will support the bid team on a tender. They will develop and produce a tender programme to comply with the Contract and Works Information, and to reflect the most efficient and effective sequence to deliver a project, or section of works. They will assimilate the tender documents and produce a plan to deliver the project and communicate the plan to the Bid team. They will assist the Bid Manager in developing the plan of works and the preparation of documents for the tender submission. The Planning Engineer will liaise with the Estimating team and assist with the preparation of Preliminary Items; method related items; reconciliation of labour, plant and equipment. They will assist the Bid Manager with the presentation of the plan and programme at the internal governance meetings.
