About the Job:
As a Telephone Customer Consultant in Personal Banking you will be delivering world-class customer service while selling a range of banking, credit cards and savings products to our customers. The calls you will be dealing with will mostly be inbound calls with some outbound calling to warm leads. Working in our busy call centre in Carlton Park, Leicester, you'll be the voice of Santander - engaging with customers and meeting their needs while achieving personal and team targets.
As a Personal Banking Advisor your main responsibilities will be:
* Providing excellent customer service and building relationships with Santander's customers
* Understanding the needs of customers and working with them to find effective solutions to their needs
* Marketing products and services including lending, current account, deposit and other cross-selling opportunities
* Rapport building with customers
* Adherence to regulatory and legislative guidelines
What we'll be looking for in you
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with others
* Track record of selling products and services to target
* Experience of working within contact centre or similar environment
* We are looking for positive individuals with a team attitude
* PC Skills
