Person Centred Development Manager
We are currently looking for someone with a passion for making sure that individuals’ voices are heard and the skills to motivate and enable the people around them to take positive action to make things happen.
The Person Centred Development Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering and implementing a Certitude approach to Person Centred Planning and Person Centred Reviews, working closely with people we support, their friends and family, support staff and managers in both Learning Disability and Mental Health teams.
A confident and expert practitioner in person centred approaches, you will ensure that meaningful person centred reviews and person centred plans are a reality for people we support and are adapted to the relevant support environment. From providing hands on support to facilitate individuals’ reviews and person centred plans, to delivering training and coaching support to families, teams and managers to develop their skills in this area, the post holder will ensure that people’s voices are heard and that they live good lives as a result.
Attendance at meetings in the evenings and weekends may be required, as will travel to many of the boroughs that Certitude operates within.
