My client has an opportunity for a Payroll Administrator based in their office in Croydon. You will be expected to process payments for a defined group of employees on the payroll.
As part of this role you will be carrying out checks on information supplied by personnel/administration officers, taking action in accordance to procedures, imputing employee amendments applying statutory regulation. Interpreting and entering all temporary/ variable amendments to the system.
Calculating occupational and SSP/ maternity pay and keeping relevant records. Checking payroll gross to net calculations, completing daily audit checking, calculating and processing all manual payments and responding to and recording correspondence as well as managing all appropriate employee records. Excel skills are required.
