Do you fancy working for one of the UK’s biggest retailers?

If you’re ready for a challenge where you’ll be part of a team providing a top class service in the Directory Coffee Shop, whilst helping it achieve sales and profit targets, then this could be what you’re looking for.


Working in a friendly team, you’ll provide a great service to employees across the business and help the catering department achieve sales and profit targets.

About the Role



You will:

• Based within the busy Coffee Shop, you will be involved in everything from serving on the hot plate, to operating the till, whilst providing an excellent level of customer service.
• Working to the highest standards of cleanliness and health and safety, you will also need to ensure tasks such as replenishment and cleaning duties comply with all regulations.

Criteria

About you:

• Be able to work accurately and quickly in a high volume and fast paced environment
• Have a friendly and positive character with the ability to work as part of the wider catering team
• Have a Basic Hygiene Certification and a passion for delivering a great service
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential
