Paralegal - Legal Services

Location: Marischal College 
Duration: Permanent and Fixed Term, Full Time and Part Time available.

Requirements

The post holder needs to hold as a minimum:

Experience of working as a Paralegal in at least one of the areas referred to in section 5 above

 and/or

one of the following;
Relevant law degree including LLB, Law and Management, Law and Business or Public Administration or equivalent
Specialist Paralegal qualification in a relevant discipline
Graduate Diploma in Law
Graduate Certificate in Law in a relevant discipline

Responsibilities

The post holder is expected to demonstrate:

Effective communication skills, both oral and written
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritise, work to deadlines, and manage a number of matters concurrently
Adaptability to the changing priorities and working practices of the Service and the Council as a whole
