Salary: Circa £25,000 full time equivalent (£15,000 based on 21 hours)
Location: Canary Wharf, London
Contract: Initially a 6 month fixed term contract
Hours: 21 hours per week (flexibility in terms of working days and hours)

The Role:
This successful candidate will play a key role in the smooth running of our adjudication process, through providing prompt and effective administration support to both the Code Adjudication Panel (CAP) and the Investigations Oversight Panel (IOP). Key duties will include:
- Co-ordinating diaries with senior management, board and panel members, to list regular tribunals hearings, IOP meetings and ad-hoc hearings.
- Produce bundles for tribunals and IOP meetings, in a timely a professional manner.
- Act as the main point of contact for tribunal and IOP members, and where appropriate service providers, liaising with colleagues internally to promptly respond to their request.
- Minute take at IOP meetings as required.
The Person:
The ideal person for this role will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail. With previous experience managing and co-ordinating multiple diaries, and ideally court, tribunal or other legal service or administration experience, you are a natural and efficient problem solver. A real self-starter, pro-active and confident in your approach, requiring little supervision.

• Personable, with excellent communication skills – experience dealing with board, senior managers or executive level roles is essential
• Collaborative in your approach, and able to work with individuals across teams easily.
• Highly productive, and able to work to tight deadlines.
Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 2 years’ previous experience working in a similar position.
• Experience working at the courts, tribunals or other established legal service (including listing experience) is desirable.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
• Minimum, GCSE Levels at grade C and above including Maths and English (or equivalent).
