What to expect
As the role title suggests, Production Line Operative, you will be operating machinery alongside diverse teams, sharing knowledge, developing your skills and playing a part in manufacturing one of the strongest brands in the world.  You will work as part of our production team to safely operate and maintain manufacturing machinery within a work area and / or production lines to ensure the line achieves the output required within production performance, quality, yield and CRS targets.
 

 

Qualifications
 
What we expect of you
The ideal candidate will have a ‘can do’ attitude, strong communication skills, good eye for detail and preferably an interest in understanding in how machinery operates.  The role operates a flexible shift pattern and where possible the operation will consider alternative hours to accommodate successful individuals.
The operator is expected to have technical competency and be able to form basic to intermediate planned maintenance activities.
