About the Job:
Responsibilities:
·Manage the Consumer interaction operations on behalf of our client
·Work closely with internal stakeholders to deliver CIC service in line with client requirements – daily communication / reporting
·Collaborate with cross-functional groups to enhance tools and system functionality and develop specific product solutions for our consumers/stakeholders
·Work closely with our internal partners to set up and maintain systems and processes that ensure a seamless consumer/ customer experience
·Best use of the technologies used for CICs and telecommunications [hardware and software]
·Report and provide presentations on CIC activities and performance
·Lead team resource planning & performance management elements
·Prepare CIC account and documentation for internal and external audit
Organizational Impact / Influence:
·Consumer Affairs Manager in GB, France & Benelux
·GB or France department managers/senior team members (Brand, IMC, PAC)
·Account Director
Job Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Communications or Business Administration
Related work experience: 5+ years in equivalent role managing a diverse team
Skills: Excellent communication and management skills. Demonstrable experience of working with senior client representatives & big brands. Fluent in English and French. Strong understanding of corporate & brand communications as well as business operations.
