NPI Process Engineer required for an International, market leading manufacturer. The company are an award winning business that are constantly growing and aiming to release a line of new products.

 

The role would suit candidates from a production environment, the company manufacture a range of specialist tooling equipment. Candidates from a Plastics, Pressing or Casting/metal based manufacturing background would be suitable. The candidate must have an engineering qualification and strong experience of NPI in a manufacturing environment.

 

The remit of this role is to be a part of the product introduction process, the company are releasing a new line of products, they need a candidate who is able to maintain & improve the introduction. The candidate also must be able to consider other factors such as specifications, quality, cost and time scale.

 

The role has become available as the company have huge plans for the future and this is the first step, they are introducing a new line of products and they want to ensure that these products are the best on the market.

 

The Role:

* Project management

* Help implement improvements to manufacturing processes.

* Component production estimating and of New Product Introduction

 

The candidate:

* Relevant engineering qualification

* Be able to read mechanical and/or electrical drawings

* Be able to maintain production standards
