Right now, we’re looking for customer service professionals with fluency in English. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting our customers and resolving their queries. A Nightshift Limitations Teammate within Customer Solutions in PayPal exhibits strong communication skills, excels at customer interaction, exhibits creativity and skill in delivering practical solutions, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. Shifts will be scheduled between the hours of 12pm to 5am across the 7 days

Job Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 months customer service
  • Strong communication skills – Verbal and Written
  • Strong working knowledge of external systems, PC based internet and software applications (Internet, Microsoft Office - Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently while making sound business decisions on case information
  • Well-developed sense of urgency and follow through
  • Ability to multitask multiple systems, screens, and tasks during customer contacts
  • Knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, and education required to perform job
  • Fluent English is required for this role
