About the Job:
New Product Development Engineer - West Sussex - £40-45000pa plus benefits.Our West Sussex based client is a leader in the design and manufacture of precision instruments for applications in the Process Industry.
They require an Engineer/Specialist to work within the R&D team to support all areas of New Product Development Engineer and maintain the existing portfolio of instruments and sensors.
Responsibilities:
* Design and development of prototype systems.
* Technical research and investigation.
* Data acquisition and interpretation.
* Demonstration and validation of prototypes.
* Lead NPD activities and Work Packages.
* Provide technical support on existing parts.
* Documentation - testing, validation, work procedures, test procedures
Qualifications/Experience:
* Engineering/Physics degree or equivalent.
* Proven industrial/manufacturing experience.
* Demonstrable experience working individually and within a multi-disciplined team.
* Have the ability to work in a logical and organised manner.
* Excellent communication skills.
