Mechanical Engineer

My client is looking for an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join one of the most highly regarded building services companies in the market on a multi-tenant, commercial office.

The ideal candidate for this role will be ambitious and technically astute, with a can do attitude. This is a exciting opportunity to join a leading maintenance company, who historically have a very impressive staff retention and development rate.

The successful candidate will have a solid background in client faces roles on static sites.

The Mechanical Engineer will be part of a mixed team and will be responsible for:

* Planned and Reactive Maintenance Repairs

* Repairs on all HVAC Plant Equipment including:

* AHU's

* FCU's

* Pumps

* Motors

* Air Conditioning

* Plumbing

* Hot & Cold Water Systems

* Water Treatment

* Electrical Works

The successful candidate will have;

* 2 years' UK Experience (minimum)

* Experience in Client Facing Roles

* Static Site Experience

* NVQ or City & Guilds Level 3 or Time Served Apprenticeship or A Recognised Equivalent

* CSCS Card
