Core responsibilities:
Education required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. CIM preferred.
Experience required: Experience gained in a position such as CRM Manager, Customer Engagement Manager, Customer Loyalty Manager, Senior Campaign Manager or similar. Experience to have included marketing campaign management across multiple countries / languages, marketing program development, agency management, budget / commercial management, presentation skills, team / stakeholder management.
Skills & Abilities required:
Knowledge required: Understanding of the payments industry, financial services and/or online consumer segment an advantage.
