About the Job:
Primary Job Responsibilities:
We have an exciting opening for a high-performing marketing professional reporting to the Head of EMEA Consumer Lifecycle Marketing to develop and deliver our customer engagement marketing activities to drive activity in line with business targets. We are looking to create innovative and impactful marketing programs that accelerate and drive engagement of existing consumers across all markets in EMEA. You will have an excellent understanding of consumers and their needs as well as a deep understanding of different channels available to reach them. The role involves responsibility for driving our customer engagement agenda, as well as delivery of impactful programs across the region.

Job Requirements:

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of the EMEA consumer engagement and comprehension strategy and execute campaigns to drive improvements to these metrics to existing customers through multiple channels.
  • Manage overall active customer experience, including optimisation and dashboard reporting of the monthly statement communication (executed through outsourced resource).
  • Lead the development of data-driven ‘Next Best Action’ programs to grow and diversify consumer behaviour
  • Brief analysis and provide commentary on campaign performance and use findings in the development of future activity based on results.
  • Carry out research on the competitive landscape and use findings in the development of engagement and comprehension strategy.
  • Develop relationships with regional marketing teams in EMEA to ensure Customer Engagement strategy and campaogns meet their business needs.
  • Partner with agencies and internal Brand team to ensure all messaging meets objectives and all campaigns meet brand guidelines.
  • Manage campaign-level budgets to plan.

 

Education required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification. CIM preferred.

 

Experience required: Experience gained in a position such as CRM Manager, Customer Engagement Manager, Customer Loyalty Manager, Senior Campaign Manager or similar. Experience to have included marketing campaign management across multiple countries / languages, marketing program development, agency management, budget / commercial management, presentation skills, team / stakeholder management.
