Marketing and Sales Executive

Established in 2003, our client, installs and maintains conveyor belt cleaners for a wide range of customers, specifically bulk handling and heavy industry. Priding themselves on good service and the supply of good quality products, they have grown steadily and are the UK and Ireland distributor for Belle Banne® range of belt cleaners along with associated conveyor equipment.

Due to ongoing success they have created a new and exciting role for a Marketing and Sales Executive to join them to assist with all aspects of marketing and sales support to new and existing customers.

Implementing marketing campaigns including targeted email marketing campaigns, production of flyers, PR, promotions, direct mail and other marketing activities, you will coordinate the preparation of marketing materials and assist with the day-to-day management of client accounts. Handling general enquiries and ensuring that they are resolved appropriately, you will create and update website content periodically and utilise web analytics to provide actionable insight into website performance and search ranking.

Reviewing and tracking the effectiveness of campaigns, you must create and manage content to be distributed via social channels, blogs and email newsletters and conduct market research and customer satisfaction surveys; identifying trends and reporting on findings.

With first class communication skills and all round marketing experience, candidates should be educated to degree level (or equivalent experience in sales and marketing) and have a good understanding of website functionality, SEO and content marketing. With a good eye for detail, you must demonstrate strong negotiation and interpersonal skills and have a strong commercial awareness. Any experience gained in an engineering or similar environment would be beneficial, however, you must be creative in your approach and be able to work proactively and manage your time to ensure deadlines are met.
