Marie Curie field sales lotto promoter £8.50-£10/hr

Full time or part time face-to-face fundraising with flexible hours, paid travel and a guaranteed hourly wage.

Pay: £8.50-£10/hr dependant on experience
Travel time paid + mileage

As a Marie Curie Venue Fundraiser, you will work in retail environments such as garden centres, supermarkets and shopping centres.  The venues are always covered - you will never get wet! The role involves working on your feet for the duration of the shift and will involve engaging members of the public face-to-face to encourage members of the public to support Marie Curie's vital work by setting up a regular Direct Debit gift.
 
The successful candidates will be those that love a challenge! Natural chatterboxes, the 'right' kind of people will be tenacious communicators with a thick skin, who also know how to listen! Whilst past experience in sales or fundraising is welcome, it's certainly not essential as full training is provided. The most important things are a real passion for Marie Curie's work and a 'can-do' attitude!
