Manager / Team Leader - Debt Management Accounts Dept.

Experienced Team Leader / Manager required for a small, friendly, well established Debt Management Company, based in West Didsbury, Manchester.

The role will initially include all of the following until fully competent with our processes, systems and controls:-

• Manage and motivate a small team of Account Managers.
• Process client payments daily.
• Dealing with existing clients and creditors via phone, email and post.
• Completing annual reviews with each client to ensure they are on the most suitable product to achieve being debt free.
• Processing client and creditor correspondence.
• Liaising and negotiating with creditors on behalf of the clients.
