What you become a part of
 
The Finance Transformation Manager will be part of the Finance Strategic Initiatives team responsible for supporting ongoing projects, phases of projects and workstreams. They will form part of a cohesive team that will help deliver significant benefits to the finance organization, incorporating both ‘soft’ and ‘hard’ benefits to CCEP, helping to support the integration of CCEAG, CCIP and Legacy CCE in the formation of Coca-Cola European Partners.
 
A key aspect of the role is to work with the project team on the execution of the defined project plans and to ensure the timely delivery of projects to a high standard while influencing and coordinating with senior stakeholders.
 
The role will be required to prepare detailed execution plans for the assigned project streams including presentation of the plans to stakeholders at all levels across the organization and to lead the implementation of the plans till process stabilization.
 
An advantage to the candidate would be an understanding of Order-To-Cash, Record To Report, Procure to Pay, Master Data Management, Customer Marketing Agreements or Process Improvement practices.
 
What to expect
 
Financial Services Delivery
•Support the Project Lead in developing detailed project plans across the various phases of projects.
•Create and lead the implementation of the assigned activities working with the project team, consulting partners and the business teams 
•Influence senior stakeholders and other functions.
•Develop presentations to support the project going through the various phases, including implementation strategy, resource requirements, delivery timings and communication strategy.
•Liaise with the business units to ensure that resources are committed and available
•Develop project work plans with workstream and team leads down to detailed work breakdown structures
•Translate strategy into actions and achieve results with speed and accuracy
•Creating business case for projects, analyzing the risk and doing feasibility study including scope, resource requirement, analysis, issues and implementation techniques 
•Manage progress against milestones and deliverables
•Manage issue process and maintain risk logs
•Manage and co-ordinate team activities
•Follow the project governance process
•Ensure that all stakeholders are engaged and informed on project progress
•Ensure that hand-off points to other processes are identified and detailed
•Co-ordination across various businesses and functions while continuously improving over each deployment
•Builds strong relationships with all key stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer service 
•Ensure that CCEP policies are adhered to (e.g. approvals, financial guidelines, etc.) 
•Assures that the appropriate internal control environment and SOX compliance are maintained along with compliance to all legal and regulatory requirements.
 
Relationships
•Be clearly seen as supporting projects with senior stakeholders.
•Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive understanding and support for projects across the business
•Contribute to the design, communication, agreement and management of the projects
•Work and liaise closely with all BU Finance teams, support functions and other departments
•Collaborates with other process stakeholders to identify current and future service delivery opportunities, evaluates design modifications, identifies/communicates legitimate policy exceptions, and considers enabling technology.  These other stakeholders would include Sales & Marketing, Group and BU Sales and Finance and Corporate Treasury.
 
Continuous Improvement
•Drive an environment focused on continuous improvement, looking at efficiencies, effectiveness and engagement of process, people and technology across the business 
 
Leadership and Strategy 
•Supports the Project Leads in challenging the business on how areas operate today and the improvements that can be made
•Supports the Project Leads  and Finance Strategic Initiatives Leadership team to drive world class engagement
•Proactively engage, collaborate and influence all functions in business transformation efforts to ensure the project deliverable is understood, and sufficiently supported by the appropriate stakeholders. 
•Drive standard processes and sharing where it makes sense for the business.
•Provide change management leadership to ensure we achieve and sustain our targeted performance levels.
 

 

Qualifications
 
What we expect of you
 
Qualifications: Graduate, preferred - Business School or Finance Degree , MBA
 
Experience:
•Solid Project Management experience 
•Knowledge of Finance Processes- OTC, PTP, RTR, CMA, Supply Chain, Financial Reporting or Data Management
•Demonstrate ability to assimilate to new knowledge
•Experience delivering business change in one or more of the following areas would be expected: 
1. Project management for large scale business transformation 
2. Process improvement in a Finance setting
3. Shared Services and Outsourcing programmes 
 
Preferred- Experience in creating process documentation
Foreign Language:
English : Essential, preferred- Spanish, German or other European language
