37.5 hours per week on a rota basis. 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00, alternating weeks (five out of seven).

Duties & Responsibilities
As part of the maintenance team, you will support the branch by delivering planned and reactive maintenance tasks to provide a safe and inviting customer & Partner environment and to contribute to the success of the maintenance objective plan. You would fulfill the role of Duty Technician, providing technical support to the branch including sole technical presence on site, with responsibility for the maintenance team on a daily basis.

The role requires the ability to prioritise workloads, plan in routine and preventative tasks in consultation with
key stakeholders. Providing a clear view of when the work will take place and any impact on the branch. To succeed in this role, you will need to be outgoing and highly organised, as well as displaying excellent communication and the ability to quickly raise any safety issues with senior management.

Required essential experience skills and qualifications
To demonstrate technical competencies in one of the following disciplines and a willingness to potentially train
in the alternative discipline:
- City & Guilds 236 Parts 1 & 2 (or JIB approved), or NVQ equivalent (gives 16th Edition IEE).
- City & Guilds qualification in mechanical discipline or NVQ 6018 "Heating & Ventilating Industrial and Commercial Installations"
