Legal Secretaries

We are recruiting Legal Secretaries within leading Law firms around East Anglia across a number of areas of law.

Typical responsibilities and requirements:

- You will provide an outstanding secretarial service to fee earners in a variety of roles, utilising the technology and support functions to their best effect and working within the firm's core values. 
- You will have previous legal secretary experience and have the ability to work for multiple fee earners. You will have strong and accurate typing skills with a minimum speed of 50wpm. 
- Document production - amendments and track changes
- Dealing with clients over the phone and face-to-face
- Using excellent prioritisation skills when dealing with e-mails and calls for the fee earners
- Ability to work well within a team
