Legal Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Liaising with clients from overseas
• Creating Sales Files
• Keeping track and produce reports on exchanges and completions
• Drafting basic contractual agreements
• Proof reading contractual agreements
• Dealing with enquires from solicitor
• Scanning/Photocopying
• Keeping up to date files
• Answering calls and dealing with investors and their queries

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2:1 degree
• Knowledge of commercial property area
• 2 years’ experience of working in a legal role (excluding work experience)
• Proven problem solver
• Well organised
• Excellent communication skills are essential
