Do you have stacks of Learning & Development experience and can bring the best out of people?

Are you looking for a short term opportunity and have maximum impact within a Learning & Development team within the biggest charity in the UK?

We’re looking to recruit a creative and driven L&D professional on a 6 month contract to:

  • Support our ambitious Volunteer Fundraising strategy by designing innovative and engaging business focussed learning solutions for our regional teams, support teams and volunteers
  • Research, design, deliver and evaluate learning and development initiatives for our teams across the UK

We work with amazing supporters and businesses across the UK and engage with communities to fundraise and share our vision to bring forward the day when all cancers are cured. With over 120 staff across the UK and growing rapidly, our Fundraising teams and people are at the heart of this.

As a team we are passionate about Learning & Development. We strongly believe that by immersing ourselves fully into the business and working closely with all Volunteer Fundraising teams, we will enable our staff to reach their personal potential, achieve our organisational goals and maximise fundraising for our life-saving research.

Help us to beat cancer sooner through your:

We need the right person to help take us to the next level in a short space of time. This is a challenging and exciting role, and you’ll have excellent communication and relationship building skills to quickly build rapport with colleagues across the UK.
