Do you have broad knowledge of the IT security arena? Make the most of your expertise at SecureWorks. We are looking for a Key Account Manager (CyberSecurity Services)to join out UK team that provides solutions to protect customers’ data from a wide range of internal and external threats.
Role Overview
The G500 Key Account Manager has responsibility for the acquisition of a select number of named, key tier one accounts. These will be the SecureWorks key Blue Chip target clients.
Selling at CxO level into a new and existing client base you will take full responsibility for client acquisition, client retention, relationship management and account revenue growth for a portfolio of Fortune 500 accounts. You will provide account leadership, develop client relationships at the senior and technical level, and be regarded by the client as an advocate and partner.
Role Responsibilities
-Develop new business and grow revenue for assigned book of business by driving cross-sell opportunities into tier one accounts
-Gain long term service commitments from assigned accounts
-Maintain, expand and master on-going relationships with each client
-Understand clients’ business and Information Security environment
-Communicate effectively with technically sophisticated clients
-Facilitates escalations to the appropriate internal resources to address and resolve each situation
-Expand relationship between client and Dell SecureWorks Executive team, Operations and other departments – initiate contacts between all functional areas
As a managed security provider, SecureWorks expects its employees to understand and apply commonly known security practices and possess a working knowledge of applicable industry controls such as NIST 800-53. Employees will be expected to acknowledge their security responsibilities in writing prior to gaining access to company systems. Employees will be required to maintain a working knowledge of local security policies and execute general controls as assigned.
Requirements
-One certification: CISSP, CISM, GIAC (any), PCI, QSA, CEH
-Bachelor’s Degree or higher
-Previous experience working for a services organization
Preferences
-Extensive experience in Key Account Management or direct sales role
-Extensive experience of selling network security and information security managed services or consulting at a senior level to blue chip clients
-Strong technical acumen
-Experience working with complex teams and sophisticated clients
