The Junior Shipping Clerk Objective:
- Provide an efficient and friendly customer service
- Ensure efficient, accurate and timely production of export matters
Duties as their Junior Shipping Clerk may include some of the following:
- Take bookings (Telephone, email or internet)
- Input and check for haulage/equipment availability
- Invoicing customers for extra charges and chase payment for non-credit customers
- Customer helpline
