Junior MT4 Dealer at FX / CFD Provider

Award winning Forex, Contracts for Difference (CFD) and Financial Spreadbetting provider based in London EC2 seeking a Junior MT4 Dealer to join their growing team. This position will report to the Head of Trading and the successful applicant will be tasked with providing support across all areas of the trading desk.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the Company’s Trading Platform(s) provide up to date price information
• Ensure that the Company’s Trading Platform(s) are operational within the times specified in the Company’s Order Execution Policy
• Report any issues in a prompt and timely fashion to the Department’s Manager
• Run daily, weekly and monthly reporting for the Company’s Senior Management team
• Ensure that the Company’s Risk Management Committee and Risk Manager have reliable, up to date and readily accessible information
• Ensure that the Company’s Compliance Department has full access to client information and trade history on request and when answering a client complaint
• Prepare all trading systems ahead of news events
• Manage slippage warranted by market movement
• Respond to lead and client trade related queries by telephone, email and Livechat
• Close expired future orders on all servers
• Produce shift handover reports
• Monitor the market at all times and keep up to date with all economic events and market holidays adjusting specific markets where required
• Monitor all liquidity providers
• Prepare content for and maintain the Company’s markets news and social media provision
• Perform any other duties as requested by Company’s Management where required
