Junior Accountant - Progressive Practice

Junior Accountant job in Leamington Spa for an AAT qualified or ACA/ACCA part qualified accountant who is currently working in a public practice accountancy firm.

This Warwickshire based accountancy practice is an innovative, client focused, firm who has built an enviable reputation over the years for delivery excellence. The practice provides expert advice to a range of clients from start-ups to multi-million turnover companies. Services include Corporate Finance,VAT,Audit & Accounts,Business Advisory, Wealth Management and Tax Investigations.

The main responsibilities of the Junior Accountant will include;

- Assisting with accounts preparation for Limited companies, Sole traders, Partnerships, LLP's & Charities

- VAT Returns

- Bookkeeping and Payroll

- Assisting with tax computations, both personal and corporate

- Liaising with HMRC

- Arranging client meetings

- Assisting Semi Senior Accountants and Senior Accountants

- Assisting in the management of client files

The perfect Junior Accountant would be AAT qualified or ACA/ACCA part qualified accountant with experience of working within a busy public practice accountancy firm where they have undertaken a wide range of general accounting duties.

Suited ideally towards a Junior Accountant looking to progress their career within an established accountancy firm that will provide both full study support and a structured training environment. High standards of written and spoken communication are required.
