The Role
Based in the company's Horley Head Office, you will work alongside the existing telesales team & manager who will help support, guide, and train you in the role. With a high daily outbound call rate, as a sales executive you will target new business opportunities, alongside rekindling older accounts via our CRM customer data-base.
Primarily focusing your telesales efforts selling our IT maintenance and support contracts, alongside a range of other IT services & training courses. Our sales executives implement a dynamic and friendly approach to win new business through targeted and intelligence lead cold calling, e-marketing follow ups, and traditional customer relationship building techniques.
Requirements
- General telesales and telemarketing experience required
- 6 months sales executive experience working within a telesales environment is an advantage
- Having sold a range of products and/or services in any telesales role
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive and helpful attitude
- Great listening skills
- Desire to succeed and progress within our organisation
