We currently have an opportunity for an IQA / Internal Verifier in Business Administration. You will be working for a well-established Training Provider who specialise in delivering work-based as well as centre-based government funded training.
This post is full-time and permanent; Monday through Friday, office hours with flexibility. The salary is £25000 – £27000, dependent on experience. The package includes travel expenses, mobile, laptop, and 28 days holiday.
·Ensure the Business Administration Assessors meet awarding body standards for delivery and examinations, and keep up-to-date with any changes.
·Provide support to aid learners’ progression.
·Develop and maintain systems to ensure national standards of assessment are maintained.
·Timely sampling, learner interviews and observations of Tutors and Assessors; identifying opportunities for improvement and/or development.
·Ensure assessment needs of learners are being met.
·Advising Tutors and Assessors on appropriate and accepted methods of assessment and recording; proactively seeking solutions where challenges arise.
·Develop and implement support resources for learners, tutors and assessors.
·Maintaining own diary and working autonomously.
·Completing paperwork and keeping accurate records.
·Responsible for meeting deadlines and keeping to agreed timescales.
·Field-based; travelling around the London area.
For this role you will need:
·IQA / Verifier qualification (D34 / V1 / IQA)
