Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus

Heading up our Internal Talent Acquisition Team, you'll play an integral role in helping us achieve our exciting and ambitious plans and sell our company to potential 'Swans'.

You:
As a Head hunter with us you will:

• Understand that the role of a modern Head Hunter means more than just KPI's
• Be a super sleuth, able to locate & recruit the best available talent using a wide range of tools.
• Be a ruthlessly efficient networker, someone with the ability to turn every conversation into a converted 'Swan'.
• Have your finger on the pulse when it comes to modern recruitment methods, with an in-depth understanding of how to leverage Social Media and online tools to give you an advantage over our competitors.
• Everyone knows about LinkedIn, but what can you teach us that we don't already know?

As a Manager with us you will:

• Be someone who likes a challenge and is fired up by the thought of exceeding company objectives through leadership.

• Someone who sets a great example for the team, leading from the front, ensuring the team achieve their targets.

• Have proven track record of outstanding sales achievement and the ability to consistently exceed KPI's
• Be a polished communicator with sharply honed negotiation skills.

In short, we are looking for someone that's a cross between James Bond and Q!
